Everything you need to know about Nexchange. Can't find what you're looking for? Contact our support team.
Nexchange is a non-custodial crypto exchange service. You select the coins you want to exchange, provide your receiving wallet address, and send funds to a deposit address we generate. We handle the exchange and deliver the converted crypto directly to your address — no account, no wallet connection, no browser extensions required.
Nexchange supports 500+ cryptocurrencies and tokens via the ChangeNOW aggregation engine. This includes major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB, and hundreds of altcoins and stablecoins. The full list of available pairs is shown in the exchange interface when you select your currencies.
No account is required. Nexchange is fully permissionless — simply select your exchange pair, enter the receiving address where you want funds delivered, and follow the deposit instructions. We do not collect personal information or require KYC verification for standard exchanges.
Yes. Nexchange does not hold your funds at any point beyond the brief processing window required to complete your exchange. You always remain in control of your assets: funds are sent from your own wallet to a one-time deposit address, and the exchanged amount is forwarded directly to the receiving address you specified.
The process has four steps: (1) Select the coin you want to send and the coin you want to receive, then enter the amount. (2) Enter the wallet address where you want to receive the exchanged crypto. (3) Send the exact amount of crypto to the unique deposit address we generate for your order. (4) Once your deposit is confirmed on the network, we complete the exchange and send the funds to your receiving address automatically.
Most exchanges complete within 10 to 60 minutes. The total time depends on two factors: how long the sending network takes to confirm your deposit (this varies by blockchain and network congestion), and how long the destination network takes to confirm the outgoing transaction. Bitcoin deposits, for example, typically require multiple confirmations and may take longer than EVM-chain deposits.
Once your transaction is broadcast and confirmed on the sending network, our system detects the deposit and automatically initiates the exchange. You can track the status of your order using the order ID provided after you initiate the exchange. The exchanged funds are sent to your receiving address as soon as the exchange is complete.
You can exchange between any pair that Nexchange supports, including cross-chain pairs (for example, Bitcoin to Ethereum, or Solana to USDC on Ethereum). The interface will show available pairs and live rates when you select your currencies. If a pair is temporarily unavailable due to low liquidity, you will see a notification.
Nexchange is designed with safety in mind. Because there is no wallet connection, you are never exposed to smart contract approval risks or phishing attacks that target wallet extensions. Each exchange generates a unique, one-time deposit address. Funds pass through briefly during the exchange process and are forwarded directly to the receiving address you provide. We do not store private keys or seed phrases — we never have access to them.
As with all crypto activity, there are risks to understand: cryptocurrency prices are volatile and the rate you receive may differ from the rate quoted if you delay sending funds; if you send funds to an incorrect or expired deposit address, recovery may not be possible; network delays can occasionally extend exchange times beyond typical estimates; and sending an incorrect amount may cause your order to fail. Always double-check the deposit address and amount before sending.
If you send significantly less than the required amount, your order may not be processed and a refund will be initiated to the refund address you provided. If you send more than required, the excess may be refunded or the full amount may be exchanged depending on the order type selected (fixed or floating rate). Contact support with your order ID if you encounter any issues.
All fees are included in the exchange rate displayed before you confirm your order. There are no separate platform fees added on top of the quoted rate. The rate you see accounts for the exchange spread and any network fees required to deliver funds to your receiving address. You will always know exactly how much you receive before you send anything.
A fixed rate locks in the exchange rate shown at the time you create your order, guaranteeing you receive exactly the amount displayed regardless of market movements during processing. A floating rate reflects the market rate at the time your deposit is confirmed, which may be higher or lower than the rate shown when you initiated the order. Fixed rates typically include a small premium to account for the rate guarantee.
If you selected a floating rate order, the final amount depends on the market rate at the time your deposit confirms. Market prices can move between the time you initiate an order and the time your deposit is detected on-chain. For a guaranteed outcome, use the fixed rate option when creating your exchange.
