Nexchange provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange interface powered by the ChangeNOW aggregation engine. The Service allows users to exchange one cryptocurrency for another without requiring account registration or wallet connection. The Service includes:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nexchange and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Nexchange name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Nexchange.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or to reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXCHANGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
IN PARTICULAR, NEXCHANGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM: (A) USER-PROVIDED INCORRECT RECEIVING ADDRESSES; (B) FUNDS SENT AFTER A DEPOSIT ADDRESS HAS EXPIRED; (C) NETWORK DELAYS OR FAILURES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL; OR (D) MARKET PRICE MOVEMENTS DURING THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and the arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.
